Our solution is to provide a very cost effective way of obtaining and registering a Power of Attorney. Once this has occurred, you are protected. We charge a fixed fee for drafting and then there is a separate registration fee payable to the Office of the Public Guardian to register the document. Our fees for drafting the documents are very transparent, namely £247 plus VAT per document. This includes:
